Human character can be likened to a diamond. All you need is to know the process and how to dig it. Prepare your tissue, maybe you will be ‘tickled’ at the end of writing.

Diamonds made out of carbon but it is not the sole ingredient. Diamonds have three other crucial ingredients: pressure, heat, and time. Diamonds are formed within the Earth’s mantle, somewhere between 1 and three billion years ago. Formed by heat and pressure, diamonds are then delivered to the surface by deep-source volcanic eruptions or the movement of subduction zones that bring the diamonds up to the ocean bottom. additionally to being formed deep within the Earth, diamonds also can be formed from the immense heat and pressure of asteroid strikes.

Do you see the word in bold? That’s right, pressure, heat, and time.

Human character can also be interpreted as diamond. What makes it is the pressure (problems / challenges of life) and time. With the pressure and time of your life, you can become a charming diamond, but it can also be broken into coal (it has the same material of carbon).
